It’s a super-filling smoothie, with blueberries blended with V8® Fruit & Vegetable Blends Strawberry Banana, oats, yogurt, frozen banana and almond butter. This banana berry smoothie is a no-brainer foolproof recipe that’s perfect for those busy mornings. You can also add even more nutrition by adding fresh spinach! It can be a sneaky way to add more nutrients, since the other sweet and creamy flavors in the berry smoothie dominate. Antioxidant Berry Smoothie tastes like a treat but is really a healthy way to start your day!

  • 1 cup V8® Fruit & Vegetable Blends Strawberry Banana, chilled

  • 1 frozen banana (about 1/2 cup if sliced)

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk dairy free yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons old fashioned oats

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 cup spinach (optional)


  1. Add the V8® Fruit & Vegetable Blends, banana, blueberries, yogurt, oats, almond butter, chia and spinach, if desired, to a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
