1 can (12.5 ounces) Swanson® Premium White Chicken Breast in Water, drained

1/3 cup mayonnaise

2 stalks celery, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)

8 slices Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain 15 Grain Bread

Stir the chicken, mayonnaise, celery, onion, carrot (if desired), lemon juice, and seasoning in a bowl.

Divide the chicken mixture among 4 bread slices. Top with remaining bread slices.

Make it a melt! Reduce the bread to 4 slices. Divide the chicken mixture among 4 bread slices and top with the cheese. Bake at 375°F for 8 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
