Queso-Style Bean Dip
Served hot from the oven, this bean dip is sure to be a hit...made with Cheddar Cheese Soup, picante sauce, and black beans, it’s a favorite at casual get-togethers.

Ingredients

1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup

1 cup Pace® Picante Sauce

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley

3 medium green onions, thinly sliced (about 1/3 cup)

1 can (about 15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
Directions

Heat the oven to 350°F. While the oven is heating, stir the soup, picante sauce, cilantro, green onions, and beans in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling.

You can serve this versatile dip right from the casserole with assorted Pepperidge Farm® crackers or tortilla chips. Or hollow out a round loaf of crusty bread and spoon in the baked dip mixture.
